Chef Robert Parker has been in the food and beverage industry for nearly a decade. Graduating from The Art Institute of California in North Hollywood. His experience ranges from some of the finest establishments in Southern California to the well-known city of Las Vegas. Learning the essential foundations from Executive Chef Chad Minton at the “Ojai Valley Inn & Spa” a Five Star, Five Diamond hotel and resort.
Chef Robert Parker has also worked at fine-dining restaurants such as “Mastro’s Steakhouse” and “The Tower Club”. Chef Robert Parker assisted on building and opening an American style gastro-pub in Downtown La Verne called “Fourth Street Mill”, for a small group whom also owns “Chases La Verne”. He also went on to Las Vegas for a short time for a non-paid stage at “Joël Robuchon” a Three Michelin Star restaurant in Las Vegas, NV in February 2018.
